Faulty Goods
Faulty goods can be returned & a full refund given.Goods need to be inspected as soon as received for damage or defects.
Incorrect Quantity
You have to notify All Gold within three working days of any short fall when products are recieved. Should this be noticed on the day of an event, every possible effert will be made to deliver in time.
